Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 36 hours after delivery to report an issue with your order. After that time period you forfeit your right to claim any damages or issues. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Trading Cards, blind boxes, or mystery items, as well as other items like this are NON RETURNABLE.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (including clearance items) or gift cards.

End of year clearance items cannot be returned and refunds will not be issued for these products.

Pricing Errors

If you purchase an item that is listed for $0.00, you will not be eligible for a refund. All fees, shipping, or taxes collected will be forfeight to store credit. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your account will be credited the full amount of your order to be used for future purchases. In some circumstances we will refund back to the original payment method as left up to J and J Gaming Factory on a case by case basis. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jandjgamingfactory@gmail.com.

Preorder products are reserved and ordered specifically for you based on distributor allocations. For this reason, preorders cannot be refunded to the original payment method.


If a preorder is canceled or unavailable, the refund will be issued as store credit only, which does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.

 

Ticketed Events: events cannot be refunded back to the original payment method. Events may only be refunded in store credit. In some extra circumstances events may be refunded back to the original payment method minus a fee. Events may be transferrable, please contact J and J Gaming Factory if you are unable to attend your event. If you do not show up to your registered event time without warning your event will be autorefunded in store credit to your account. 

 

Clearance Items 
Clearance items are sold as is. They may qualify for partial credit back for damages during shipping if the proper shippping insurance was taken. Clearance orders can be cancelled but will incur a 10% fee. If the clearance order is cancelled after the sale period of 50% fee will be applied due to holding product away from customers that could have been purchasing the product. 

 

Restocking Fees

Orders that are in fulfilment may experience a restocking fee of 10% to 30% of the order depending on where it is in the fulfillment process if the order is requested to be cancelled.
